Decent little app. Would be better if it opened up blogs etc within the app itself rather than having to open up safari every time.

Great for writing diariesa and viewing footprints, but lack of profile viewing hurts the app. Would have given it a 5 otherwise.

The application can be downloaded from the Canadian iTunes Store; but then most Canadians will not be able to register for the online service. This is because the registration procedure requires a Japanese mobile e-mail address. One that is only provided by Japanese mobile phone networks for customers in Japan.

You can think of mixi as a Japanese version of facebook ... thats it !

I always check mixi from safari. Ive been waiting for this app for so long! Finally made mixi more convenient for the iPhone.

if you are a mixi user, its quite useful. if you arent, you dont need this app and shouldnt be writing a low star review for it (i just wish it could recognize the iPhone email feature as mobile email).

First of, for those of you who dont use Mixi, you shouldnt waste your time - this program is simply a status checker and link to your friends pages - thus, if you dont have a Mixi account, you cant use it. Also, its a little bit slow in updating times, but it gets the job done. Its very convenient for checking if anyone has sent you a new message, written a new comment on your Journal, and so on.

This application lets you check the status of some activities in your account, but when you try to check the content of it, it takes you a web browser to log in again. Its not useful for now, but Ill be waiting for updates.

I like this app because I can make add a diary entry from my iPod with a picture. However, I would definately love to see some updates! ^_^ ミクシーが大好き！

I dont want to login everytime I see my friends mixi. Please update like Face Book. My Japanese freands are using mixi. It just not work well.

This is am awesome start for a full mixi app and im very excited for the updates to come. As for why its not in English, this app is for the japan based mixi web community, so if you dont have a mixi account you cant use it anyways, and if you cant read japanese you wouldnt have a mixi.

This ill-conceived app requires that you launch Safari for every action -- to read actual messages, friends blog entries, etc. Even worse, youll need to log into Mixi *again* via the browser once you get there, if the cookie has expired. FAIL. よって失格。

Seriously, Ive totally disappointed. Once i wanted to chack my conmment or my friends diaries,I was supposed to open safari and required log in again!!! ...Id rather use safari without this app is much easier. Im looking forward to seeing up-graded YOU.

I think you should be able to send and read messages in this app. Also, viewing profiles anf adding friends. Web browser is a pain!

This seems like a very simple app for checking your mixi. It is dissapointing you have to launch safari for most of this app. Could use a lot of improvement but it does have good potential.

This is a waste of space on my 32GB 3GS. Theres really no point to this since my e-mail updates give me just as much info. Much like the failing and uninteresting SNS Mixi is, this app falls short of what its users want.

This app has no functionality. Compared to the website you can only do about 2% of all the actions available. Someone employed at Mixi should download the Facebook App. FacebookのAppよりこのAppはなにも出きないじゃん。

Switching between different screens (tweets, diary, photos) is only so-so. Photo library is still view-only -- this needs to be fixed.

I lose much time due to poor usability of this application. Time wasting app!!!!!

Seriously, this application is useless. Facebook is so much better.
